Working Environment Solutions
Anglo Alliance (Fire Division) is a part of Anglo Alliance Ltd, who specialise in providing totally independent Working Environment Solutions for all sizes and types of premises in the commercial and industrial sectors.
Totally Independent Fire Risk Assessments
Anglo Alliance (Fire Division) provides totally independent, impartial and professional fire safety risk assessments for your premises. Due to our independence we have no self interest in the outcome of the fire risk assessment. Our only interest is to ensure you comply with the regulations.
Our Philosophy
“We fit health & safety into your business and not your business into health & safety.” This concept is fundamental to the way Anglo Alliance works and is why we can offer low cost solutions to your health & safety compliance needs. We aim to ensure that your business and your needs are at the forefront of everything we do, the words “where reasonably practicable” actually mean something to us.
Saving You Money
Cost Analysis is a key service which we can provide with our risk assessments for your business. We can impartially assess all of your current and future fire safety requirements to ensure that you are receiving the best possible service and prices and if not give you advice on how to achieve this. With a wealth of experience in this field we can reduce your ongoing fire management costs.
Fire Management Consultancy
Anglo Alliance (Fire Division) can if required provide fire management consultancy to ensure all your fire records comply with the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Orders 2005 and all other codes of practice.
Fire Regulations
All fire legislation changed with the introduction of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Orders 2005. There were two main fundamental differences in this new legislation.
Fire Certificates
The first is that all fire certificates issued by the Fire & Rescue Services are no longer valid. They have been replaced by the requirement that a risk assessment is carried out by a competent person appointed by the responsible person.
Who is Responsible
The second critical difference is that the responsible person (person who is in day to day control of the premises) on the premises is now totally responsible for fire safety on the premises. The responsible person can be defined as someone who has in anyway overall control of the premises (Is this you?) It is the responsible person’s duty to ensure that a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment is carried out by a competent person and that this assessment is regularly reviewed.
