Based on the findings of the fire risk assessment fire safety documentation for all your fire safety records are compiled into a record keeping system. This system is then designed to be site specific for the individual requirements of your premises.

The central controlling document is the fire management planning chart which includes..

  • All the inspection, testing and recording that is required to be carried out by your fire subcontractors
  • All in house fire safety checks and inspections required to be carried out and recorded by on site staff on behalf of the responsible person.

Each entry in the fire management planning chart has its own section in the fire records system and where applicable lists each item of equipment to be tested and or checked  and recorded.

Audit Visits

Our fire safety consultants will make quarterly audit visits to ensure your fire safety management system is up to date. During this visit you will also receive..

  • Assistance with any specific issues relating to on going fire safety.
  • Information on changes in legislation that could affect your premises.
Payment (No big Bills)

The costs of fire management consultancy including quarterly audits, initial risk assessment and reviews is invoiced on a monthly basis meaning that you don’t have one large payment .
